ORIALGIC® is a powerful natural pain reliever, containing over 100 active ingredients that work together to address a variety of joint and muscle problems. It relieves muscle cramps, tendonitis, sciatica, osteoarthritis, and adhesive capsulitis.
ORIALGIC® is rich in tocopherol , one of the most powerful biological antioxidants. It neutralizes free radicals, important vectors of inflammation. It dependently inhibits the activation of neutrophils, which cause the synthesis of leukotrienes, responsible for inflammatory reactions. It reduces the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines, particularly TNF-alpha and interleukin-1b.
Helenalin and dihydrohelenaline have anti-inflammatory, relaxant, and analgesic effects. Helenalin is a potent inhibitor of NF-kappa B protein, which plays an important role in the inflammatory mechanism, particularly in the activation of phospholipase (a key molecule in the inflammatory mechanism).
The combination of carotene and manganese provides two important antioxidants that counteract the production of prostaglandin, which is responsible for inflammation.
Magnesium promotes muscle relaxation and stimulates neuromuscular excitability.
Vitamin A stimulates cell growth and increases the ability of neutrophils to effectively participate in the anti-inflammatory process through phagocytosis (Witlo-Sarsat et al, Journal of Experimental Medicine, 2010).
Harpagosides reduce the production of leukotrienes (LTC-4, LTD-4 and LTE-4), cyclooxygenases (COX-2 which transforms arachidonic acid into pro-inflammatory prostaglandin), and inhibit thromboxane A2.
Beta-sitosterols inhibit prostaglandin synthetase, reduce the secretion of pro-inflammatory cytokines (interleukin-6) and modulate T4 lymphocytes to reduce antibody secretion.
Omega-3s help reduce arachidonic acid metabolites in cell membranes and moderate inflammation.
ORIALGIC® is recommended for joint or muscle discomfort and muscle cramps.
Instructions for use: Apply ORIALGIC® with gentle, sustained movements to the painful area, morning, noon and evening. It is essential to keep the treated area warm.
